He launched his career in Europe. Eric Bibb är född i New York och har gjort över 30 album, medverkat i flera tv- och radioprogram samt flera turnéer. Det har gjort honom till en av dem ledande bluesartisterna i hans generation. Nu bor han med sin fru Ulrika på landet utanför Nyköping och under sommaren spelar Eric Bibb på festivaler i Kanada, Frankrike och Skottland.

Eric Bibbs röst är väldigt behaglig att lyssna på även när han pratar och man lyssnar verkligen på hans mellansnack. This is such a great album by Mr. Bibb. Eric Bibb is an acoustic blues, singer songwriter type of artist. Maybe like Keb Mo but a little more earthy. He lives in Norway. This album's theme is migration of immigrants to our nation and is quite relevant to today's world. The two covers are great. Instrumentation is smart but very effective.
